Job Description

Provides oversight, leadership and supervision of the PROS program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the integration of clinical and administrative evidenced-based practices throughout the continuum of PROS services
  • Supervises areas directly related to PROS services
  • Ensures coordination of care between organizational programs/services with community partners
  • Evaluates and documents the quality and efficiency of PROS programs; identifies areas for improvement; directs implementation of changes
  • Assists in the development and implementation of organizational objectives in relation to supervised services
  • Develops and administers PROS policies and procedures; recommends and administers organizational policies and procedures
  • Develops and coordinates program expansion efforts to new services and sites, as needed
  • Delivers direct clinical care and clinical supervision as necessary
  • Maintains compliant programming in accordance with federal, state, local and organizational regulatory and procedural standards
  • Ensures that PROS and related operations meet or exceed compliance standards and goals
  • Develops performance benchmarks and maintains quality and performance data on all services and staff
  • Coordinates and reinforces integrated rehabilitation/clinical treatment
  • Monitors program revenues/expenses and assures that services operate in cost-effective manner
  • Oversight of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
  • Monitors/reports program outcomes
  • Conducts on-going program evaluations and integrates feedback
  • Integrates evidence-based practices into rehabilitation programming
  • Delivers direct rehabilitative care and clinical supervision as necessary
  • Ensures that all Clinician productivity meets or exceeds the annual defined productivity standard
  • Develops and implements cost improvement projects through operational efficiencies
  • Develops and supports census development strategies
  • Develop criteria for evaluating quality and effectiveness of programs and services
  • Supports continuous improvement culture. Participates in quality management activities
  • Leads and mentors team members, facilitating a culture that motivates employees. 
  • Serves on various internal and external committees/service boards  
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Bachelors degree in business or human services related field required
  • NYS certified LMHC or LCSW preferred
  • 5 years of management level experience required
  • 2 years of supervisory experience required
  • Strong communication, engagement and organizational skills required
